| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: A routine sample collected on 9/27/12 positive. This system is hauling water to supplement inadequate well production. I spoke with Jerry he informed me that five distribution repeat samples were collected. I informed him a triggered source sample is required as well along with five temporary routines in October. Jerry has been advised that monthly coliform sample in is required as long as water is being hauled. ACTION NEEDED: Triggered and repeat samples within 24 hours, five temp routines in October, monthly coliform sampling as long as water is hauled. | ||
