| Details: | SUMMARY: Update con Ecoli at well #3 DETAILS: Spoke with Don regarding the options. Don said well #3 is not connected to the system at this time and has not been since October. Submitted well evaluation request to Shawn Stevenson. Operator would like to correct the problem rather than cover with chlorine. Waiting for results from well eval. Ecoli results will remain. The cause of contamination was suspected to be an old black hose connected to the source. Sanitary seal to be resealed and new sanitary cap for the well head. Once the well has been shock chlorinated and resealed, 12 months of raw samples are to be completed to verify Ecoli issue is resolved. See attached email from operator. ACTION NEEDED: Replace sanitary seal, shock chlorinate and begin 12 months raw water sampling January 2012 | ||
