| Details: | SUMMARY: Instructions on filling out MOR DETAILS: David Thorsland has been filling out the monthly operating report (MOR) for Surface Water Treatment Rule compliance without turbidity readings. Also, he has been writing notes into the Daily Turbidity Reading column. Turbidity should be written down legibly in the Daily Turbidity Reading column, keeping it free of other information entry, for every day that treated water is sent to storage. Additionally, entries should be in pen, not pencil. Glenna will fill out a fresh form. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
