| Details: | Met with Matt on site to determine if L/C sample site locations need to be changed. The two high sites were from sinks that are rarely ever used. The school that is leasing the building provides bottled drinking water and the school does not prepare lunches on site. We will be changing the two high sites to the Teachers lounge sink and the boys restroom. Matt provided a copy of the PE. He just got the letter from OHA yesterday. He will take the WQPs ASAP. | ||
