| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat smaples positive for coliform and Ecoli DETAILS: Received a notice that all samples positive. I began contacting the system and leaving voice mail message for the next two days. P public notice was drafted and sent to the system the water lab. The lab was on its way back to draw a true well trigger sample. The lab assisted in delivering the public notice to the system. I received a voice mail message later that day from the system as well as from the water lab that all residents had been informed of the situation and that a boil notice was now in effect as of 12/12/12. I was also informed at that time the system had begun to take corrective action which included shock chlorinating the well. I was informed by the lab the system had gone ahead and added roughly 4 gallons of bleach to the water. This was Wed evening 12/12/12 ACTION NEEDED: More follow up required | ||
