Details:	SUMMARY: Sanitary survey follow up DETAILS: Visited with staff in field on 12/5/12. Staff had a completed ERP manual as well as the O&M manual was completer. Both documents meet the basic requirements. Additionally, the staff has removed all chemical items from the well house as recommended during the survey. All deficiency items have now been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: Update ERP and O&M as needed basis.
