Details: Three repeats samples 12/17 TC+ following routine positive. Source sample and additional samples post-reservoir and pressure tank absent. Gene will flush and possibly chlorinate (after the holidays) and resample in January. Issue appears to be in distribution. Gene also mentioned that he takes distribution samples from the DCVAs through a copper pipe attachment which could have potential for contamination? Gene has level 1 investigation form and will complete and submit. This is an older system and could have high HPCs in biofilms in distribution? Three temporary routines required in January 2021.
