Details:	SUMMARY: respond to confirmed coliform and Ecoli DETAILS: spoke with John regarding the positive Ecoli confirmed in the distribution. Tier 1 notice sent to system by Delta labs. Requested a copy be sent to Lane County. Operator plan on shock chlorinating the well and water system. Recommended taking special sample 5 days after shock chlorination to verify process cleared the coliform and Ecoli from the system Also noted the importance of checking well head for any direct access ports for mice or small insects to crawl into. ACTION NEEDED: Tier 1 notice to be posted and copy sent to Lane County. 5 temporary routine samples required before the end of November 2012
