| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: 2 samples taken 1/12 showed total coliforms present. Reiterated by phone that 4 repeat samples are due plus a source sample from the well head. Don said that 2 repeat sample are en route to lab and anticipating satisfactory results would take 2 more repeats on Wednesday to reach total of 4. Also 5 temporary routine sample would be due in the month of January. Ideally any problem with water quality should be resolved before then. Discussed follow through on a good coliform sampling plan. A good written plan would clarify the sampling requirements without need to discuss with lab or the health department. ACTION NEEDED: ASAP: one source and 4 repeat samples and January 2012 draw 5 temporary routine samples. | ||
