| Details: | SUMMARY: Requested signing of compliance agreement DETAILS: DWS has been seeking compliance with surface water filtration requirements at the Breitenbush water system, and proposed a formal schedule in a compliance agreement. Breitenbush personnel have stated they would comply with water treatment requirements, but have not responded after receiving a final draft of the proposed agreement. I sent an email to Peter Moore requesting he contact me by January 23, 2013 and have the BCA signed by January 25, 2013 or DWS will issue an administrative order. ACTION NEEDED: Issue administrative order if the water system board doesnt sign the proposed BCA by 1/25/2013. | ||
