| Details: | Dann of Willamette Egg - Canby contacted me with concerns that their recently collected annual source water samples were not labelled clearly. He was sure that one source sample was taken from each well. If none of the samples are positive, the site names may be clarified by the DW Data Group. We discussed the requirement to take this six month period's (3rd & 4th Qtr) Lead and Copper tests. We discussed location of the 5 required samples. I was assured they would be collected before year's end and communicated to Drinking Water before January 10th to avoid violations. |
