| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed terms of bilateral compliance agreement DETAILS: Pete called and we discussed the terms of the proposed BCA. Peter requested an additional two months for completing the pilot testing before plan submittal which I agreed to. We discussed the issuance of public notice, and Peter suggested they would simply include the information in their CCR, but I am concerned the warning related to inadequate treatment would be lost. We discussed how to issue proper public notice while not scaring visitors away from the water system, which is the primary concern of Breitenbush management. ACTION NEEDED: Complete the process to sign the BCA and enforce its terms. | ||
