Details: SUMMARY: Significant deficiencies corrected DETAILS: 8/15/12 Significant deficiencies from survey have been corrected. I have reviewed the O&M manual and is acceptable. I verified that a screen was placed on the storage tank vent. Backflow devices isolating the swimming pool, RV spaces and irrigation system are in place and tested. ACTION NEEDED: None
