| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: The triggered source and three distribution repeat samples collected 12/20/12 positive for coliform. I spoke with Garth and he has already shock chlorinated the system. I emailed him the tier 2 public notice template and advised him to send a copy to the state. I reminded him that five temporary routines are due in January. ACTION NEEDED: Tier 2 public notice needs to be distributed, copy sent to the state and five temporary routines collected in January. | ||
