| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: System had no routine coliform result for October. Called operator and he does not know what happened and must have just slipped thought the cracks. He will look into it and find out why sample wasnt taken. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to take monthly routine coliform samples and get results into the state by 10th of following month. This violation required a tier 3 public notice and should be discussed in the CCR | ||
