| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant deficiency (SD) follow up DETAILS: Follow up from 8/16/12 system survey. No raw sample tap for well AB (north) A raw sample tap was installed shortly after survey inside the reservoir building on the discharge line from the well prior to entering reservoir. Ken submitted photos of faucet as we discussed. Both wells now have sample taps representative of source water. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
