Details:	SUMMARY: Survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: Natasha called to update me on their progress. They had 4 deficiencies to correct from the survey done on 8/9/12. Public notice provided and received 9/7/12. Operator Certification now correct until 2015. Missing lead and copper sample now taken in November and correct. CCR Natasha said she sent it into the state its not showing online yet. I asked her to forward me a copy. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on CCR and cocument all deficiencies corrected.
