| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ Alert Response - MCL Violation DETAILS: Received alert for five routine TC positive results from samples collected 1/23/13. Spoke with Topper. The well was batch chlorinated once after the Sep/Oct sample results. Advised trying another batch chlorination if the triggered source sample tests present for bacteria before collecting the five temporary routine samples for February. ACTION NEEDED: Triggered source sample to be collected Wed. 1/30/13. Public notice to be posted and copy sent to DWS. Well and distribution system to be batch chlorinated and flushed, five routine samples to be collected in February. | ||
