| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up for positive coliform DETAILS: 4 of 5 temp routines 11/12/12 positive for coliform. Source sample absent. System has had positive coliform events for couple months and has chlorinated the reservoir without success. John Mason called Bill Emel 11/14 and discussed. They discussed continuing the public notice until issue is resolved and try batch chlorinating again. They also discussed proper sampling techniques. I emailed bill and Jill 11/19/and suggested to get help to find contamination source through OAWU or HBH. ACTION NEEDED: Continue/review public notice and get copy to me. Try to find problem and take corrective action. If chlorinating take follow up samples to ensure coliform absent and label them repeats. 5 temporary routines will be required again in December. | ||
