| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: System violated coliform with no temporary routine samples submitted in October following positive results in September. System closes Sept 30 so it was not operational during October. Discussed they can take 5 temp routines upon opening in spring but will revisit if this is necessary and been representative of the Sept event. Asked Mat for a public notice for September event. A boil water notice was issued in August and was kept up throughout September. ACTION NEEDED: Will contact in spring and discuss with the state if 5 temporary routines are required before start up. Submit public notice for September positive or a statement that the boil water notice was kept in place. | ||
