| Details: | SUMMARY: continued follow up for Ecoli DETAILS: Visited system again on 1/2/13 for additional follow up. Repairs to the system are complete and the system has been shock chlorinated. Repairs were made: 6 of casing was welded on so the well head I snow 24" above grade, A pitless adapter system was installed and a raw tap was placed underneath just past the pressure tank. A new submersible pump was installed. A concrete slap was poured and system was shock chlorinated on 12/27 and again on 1/2/13 I recommended the system now build a protective cover housing unit for the well head and adequately secure the unit. 5 routine samples will be taken this month to determine the current status of the water quality. ACTION NEEDED: More follow up required. | ||
