Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I spoke with Michelle and three repeat samples and the triggered source sample on 11/5/12 was positive. She is going to have a contractor disinfect the system. I emailed her a tier 2 public notice. 11/7/12 Michelle emailed me a copy of the completed public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice and five temporary routines need to be collected in December.
