| Details: | SUMMARY: Return to compliance DETAILS: Ms. Gutierrez has taken a nitrate and has returned to compliance with regular quarterly coliform sampling with samples on September 13 and October 2, 2012. When the original Ecoli positive occurred on Nov 7, 2011, a total of 12 samples were taken and applied to either trigger or repeats. This system should either be evaluated by the water program or returned to compliance to ensure that cost does not determine non compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Return to compliance | ||
