| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Dave said he set the cap down when he took the sample. Advised not to open bottle until just prior to collecting sample. Do not set it down do not touch the inside of the cap. Advised to wash hands prior to taking sample. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 samples now from distribution. Mark repeat. Take one sample now from source. Mark triggered. In January take 5 samples from the distribution and mark them temporary routine. | ||
