| Details: | SUMMARY: Total coliform alert on system DETAILS: A positive test result came back from a distribution sample taken on 10/9/12. Spoke to operator who said he discovered a break in the water line last week. He repaired it and has shocked the lines. Said the facility is not open to the public now but that hed notified other workers who use the water. Talked to him about the follow up samples required and sent him links to the tier 2 public notice template pages. ACTION NEEDED: Await sampling results. | ||
