| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Routine coliform positive. Reviewed the protocol for taking 4 repeats now. Take one repeat at the positive sample sit. Mark each sample repeat on the paperwork for lab. They chlorinate so a 5th sample is to be taken at the source and marked triggered or source. In the month of January you will need to take 5 samples from the distribution and mark them temporary routine. If all is clear you can then return to normal quarterly sampling. ACTION NEEDED: 4 samples from distribution marked repeats. One sample from source and marked triggered. Next month 5 samples marked temporary routine. | ||
