| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant deficiencies from survey 6/26/12 DETAILS: I called Michelle to follow up on sample tap installation and operations/maintenance manual completion. The raw water sample tap was installed as of 8/16/12. They will be completed in the spring 2012 prior to system opening for seasonal operation. ACTION NEEDED: Work completed and written documentation on approved schedule for completion. | ||
