Details: SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: The triggered source sample and one distribution repeat sample collected 12/17/12 positive. I spoke with Juan and informed him that five confirmation sample need to be collected at the well head today. I also spoke with Pastor Ron Allen and discussed the situation including the required boil water notice ( I emailed him the template) and the five temp routines in January. Ron said he would shock chlorinate the system after the confirmation samples are collected. ACTION NEEDED: Five source confirmation samples need to be collected today. A boil water notice needs to be issued within 24 hours.
