| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory assistance DETAILS: Quarterly routine sample collected 10/31/12 tested positive for total coliform. Barbara Silver stated a UV light is installed on the system and a component failed. Fir has ordered replacement equipment and will repair UV light. She is expecting Delta Environmental to come by today and collect the required repeat samples. I informed Ms. Silver the system is required to collect 4 repeat distribution samples and one triggered source sample from the well. ACTION NEEDED: Further action will be determined based on repeat sample results. | ||
