| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead sample above the action level DETAILS: A lead sample collected 8/16/12 above action level. I spoke with Greg regarding the sample collected form 250 Mobile Dr he informed me the residents were not home for two weeks prior to the sample date. I emailed the state with an invalidation request. 11/28/12 State approved the invalidation request. I informed Greg Hunter and reminded him of the 20 day window to collect a re-sample. ACTION NEEDED: A re-sample needs to be collected within 20 days. | ||
