Details:	SUMMARY: Contact Tracer Study DETAILS: HBH had performed contact tracer studies in 2010 and 2011. The flow rate of the first test (stated as 7.5 gpm by the water system staff) had been called into question. Since this test, it was recommended to the system that they monitor their flows to accurately determine the peak flows. The reported peak flow was 25 gpm. It should be noted that during the tracer testing completed in August 2011, it was seen that the flow meter at the system reads in cubic feet, not gallons. It is likely that the original tracer test was actually run at 56 gpm. For the test in 2011, the system was operating under different conditions than they currently operate.The purpose of these contacts is to establish an accurate contact tracer test for the old reservoir at the system, under current operational conditions. Note: A new reservoir is scheduled to come on line in late 2012/early 2013, which will increase contact time.Completed contact tracer test report. ACTION NEEDED: Complete tracer test on new reservoir when it is on line.
