| Details: | Mr. Reinwald called about the warning letter I mailed on November 23 and to ask how to address the uncorrected significant deficiency left over from the last sanitary survey. We confirmed that the location suspected to be the reservoir overflow is not and that the pipe found during the survey isn't actually connected to the reservoir. Mr. Reinwald stated that David Jacob would excavate or otherwise search for the reservoir overflow and determine the status of that requirement, and that a written action plan would be sent to DWS identifying what actions David Jacob will take and the duration of those activities to resolve this situation. I stated that so long as the Cooperative is actively working to resolve this violation and communicating actions taken to DWS, that any other enforcement isn't expected. | ||
