Details: SUMMARY: How to return M&R violation to compliance DETAILS: Lyons Mehamas late reporting of nitrate and arsenic will be returned to compliance when the 2013 sample results have been submitted. This could be done as soon as practical. Once DMCE receives and enters the results into SDWIS, and the next violations check is run on the database, the to violations will be returned to compliance. Depending on how quickly the results are submitted to DMCE, this process could be complete in days to weeks. ACTION NEEDED: None
