| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive routine sample DETAILS: System had a positive total coliform distribution result. As the system was due for a survey, I went out and performed a survey and also assisted with the sample collection for the required follow up samples. There was no clear reason for the total coliform result. All follow up samples came back absent for bacteria. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
