| Details: | SUMMARY: system had a fecal positive routine sample DETAILS: System had a fecal positive routine sample. Amy went out and assisted system with follow up sample collection. There were no obvious signs of contamination. 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample were collected on 2/5. All samples came back absent for bacteria. Possible contamination could have been transfer from hands or sample bottles. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples in March. | ||
