| Details: | SUMMARY: complaint received - chlorination problems DETAILS: A complaint was originally received on 9/26/12. This was in regards to no water at the park. I spoke with Annita and the well pump had gone down the weekend of Sept 22nd. I told her there should have been a boil water notice issued at the time. By the time I had been called, the water was back on and chlorination running. I told Annita to take a distribution sample and the result came back total coliform present. The chlorine residual was low and I told her to bump it up a little and see if we can get the problem resolved. ACTION NEEDED: Bump up the chlorination and take follow up repeat and triggered source samples. | ||
