| Details: | SUMMARY: Source water assessment violation DETAILS: Call from Dan regarding the violation notice. He was unaware that the source water assessements needed to be complete on each well. Sampling was completed on one well in July but was used as the routine sample for that month. The water system now knows that a source water assessment must be completed on both wells once per year and documented as an Assessment sample, in addition to all routine samples. The violation should be noted in the CCR or a public notice distrubuted to all consumers. ACTION NEEDED: 1. Assessment sample from each well every year.2. The water complany will advise customers in there yearly CCR. | ||
