ACTION NEEDED: Violation are for no nitrate 2012, no assessment from source AA and source AB for 2012. Lab will fax the nitrate. There is an assessment sample, but it does not denote AA or AB. The assessment may have to be re-done unless Antoinette can remember which source. An additional source needs to be done as well. | ||
