ACTION NEEDED: Violations are for no 4th qtr routine coliform, no source assessment sample. Advised that taking 1st quarter 2013 routine coliform sample will return that violation to compliance. A raw water sample from source needs to be taken and that should return the assessment monitoring to compliance. | ||
