| Details: | SUMMARY: Two source assessment violations DETAILS: No source samples taken in 2012 ACTION NEEDED: Take source samples. Operator is new and says source AE is only for irrigation. However, the survey of 2007 shows it as a contributing source. I told him to go ahead and get the source sample (untreated water) from source AA. Someone will verify the AE source as contributing or not. Then a page of the survey form dealing with source will be filled out and turned in if needed. If AE does not contribute, then violation for AE can be removed. | ||
