| Details: | SUMMARY: Quarterly coliform positive DETAILS: This system is having an ongoing issue with coliform positive results in the distribution system. The configuration of the piping from the storage tank to the pressure tanks is through a 2 1/2 inch potable water hose. This hose tends to leak and the operator feels that this is why the system continues to test positive. He was informed to take 3 samples in the distribution system and a triggered source sample. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of the repeat samples. | ||
