| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Two of four repeat samples were positive triggered source sample was negative. I spoke with Dave Gibbs regarding the situation. He will be shock chlorinating the system He was requested to submit public notice for the MCL violation ACTION NEEDED: System continues to be in violation of the ground water rule. Speak to property owner about corrective actions. Write enforcement letter to the system regarding the violations. | ||
