| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to submit source sample on wells DETAILS: Followed up with operator regarding violations that continue to accrue for failing to submit source samples. Unable to reach by phone so conducted an RV park reinspection. Report states failure to keep system in compliance will result in enforcement or non renewal of their operating license. Sent copy of inspection reports to property owner. Spoke to Tamera by phone following the field visit. Also requested they issue a tier 2 notice for failing to provide adequate monitoring. ACTION NEEDED: Will address again on second semiannual. Discussed plan of action with program supervisor. Non renewal of their license might be the best option. | ||
