Details: SUMMARY: Violation #902643724 DETAILS: Met with Paul in the field. There has been confusion regarding this. A nitrate sample was taken 2/14/12 but had been incorrectly labeled EP-A. This sample should have been labeled EP-B but for some reason was not. Paul will take another nitrate this week and ensure it gets labeled correctly as EP-B ACTION NEEDED: Refer to attached letter
