| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to reporting violation DETAILS: Jeff called 1/10/13 to find out if they needed to take source samples from both wells annually. I told him they did and that they missed taking the samples in 2012. He said he would take the samples ASAP. On 1/24/13 he sent me the lab slips showing what samples had been taken. Both were drawn look like they were from distribution. I sent him an email and explained they needed one before treatment. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
