Details: SUMMARY: Significant deficiencies DETAILS: Significant deficiencies from the 11/20/12 system survey have been corrected. NSF approved sodium hypo chlorite is in use, a DPD test kit is available, chlorine residual is being monitored at least twice weekly and the backflow prevention device has been tested. ACTION NEEDED: None
