| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to Positive coliform DETAILS: I left a message for Theron about taking his repeat samples on 1/3/13. I wasn’t able to talk to him until 1/8/13 and he wanted to verify where to take the samples from. I spoke to Chuck M and he said they didnt need to take another source sample because they took one the same day. I told him he needed to take 4 repeats in distribution. He said he would do it by the end of the week. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
