| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: The five confirmation samples collected at the source on 12/11/12 tested positive. I spoke with Paul regarding the process from this point onwards. The boil water notice stands, I advised him to maintain a chlorine residual in the distribution system a source evaluation request will be submitted to the state at Springfield. Paul said he intends to shock chlorinate the well. I spoke with Scott Curry and he agreed to collect information necessary to complete the source evaluation request (distances from well to river, septic, date) 12/14/12 Scott curry submitted a source evaluation request to the Springfield office. ACTION NEEDED: Maintain boil water advisory until further notice. Source evaluation request submitted to the state. | ||
