| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I spoke with Michelle and informed her a triggered source sample was required but no repeats because of the MCL violation. We discussed sampling technique. I emailed her the proper sampling guideline sheet and if she was confident that sampling technique was not as issue. I recommended she phone Jim Grainger again for advice and informed her a tier 2 public notice was required. I provided her with the states address to send the public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Tier 2 public notice needs to be posted and five temp routines to be collected in January. I recommended she contact a contractor to troubleshoot the system and to disinfect if necessary. | ||
