| Details: | SUMMARY: Five routines positive for coliform DETAILS: 12/7/12 Five temporary routines 12/6/12 positive. Mark came by the office and spoke with Jackson Baures regarding follow up procedure including public notice. 12/10/12 I spoke with Mark and informed him to collect a triggered sample at each well that repeat samples were not necessary because of the MCL violation a tier 2 public notice is required and five temp routines are due from the distribution system in January. 12/11/12 Mark brought a copy of the public notice by our office for review. I advised a couple of changes and gave him the states email address so he can email it to the OHA ACTION NEEDED: see above | ||
